John and Augusta Gibson

Augusta (Joseph) Staffen (third from the right in the back row) was an attendee of the wedding of her Aunt Tina (second marriage) to John Levick. Shown in the picture are:

John Frederick Gibson, son of John and Catherine (Cain) Gibson, was born January 8, 1884, in Portland, New Brunswick, Canada.

Augusta L. Joseph, daughter of Samuel and Pauline Joseph, was born around 1892/1894 in Berlin, Germany. Augusta first married Charles Staffen. Charles died young, in 1918. There were no children from this marriage.

On June 13, 1923, John Gibson and Augusta were married. John and Augusta had only one child:
