Marilyn Frances "Billie" Hogg, daughter of John Alexander and Frances Beatrice (Nutter) Hogg, was born in 1927 in Vancouver, Washington.

Fred and Billie were married in 1950 at the Presbyterian Church in Vancouver, Washington, by Reverend Doran. Fred and Billie and had four children, all born in Seattle, Washington:
