John Emerson "Lad" Hogg, son of John Alexander and Frances Beatrice (Nutter) Hogg, was born in 1915, in Vancouver, Washington.
Pauline "Pollee" Sandel was born in 1922.
Lad and Pollee were married in 1944 in Manhasset, New York, and had four children:
